I. PURCHASE POLICIES

A. Payment must be received 'in full' before we will begin work on any order.

B. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal.

C. All Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice.

 

II. SHIPPING POLICIES

A. Domestic Shipping is via UPS under Shop Engrave It Houston’s account.

B. Shop Engrave It Houston does not offer international shipping.

III. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

A. Because all items are custom engraved, there are no refunds or exchanges on these items except in two specific cases:

1. Production has not yet begun (your order has not begun to be personalized, engraved, or shipped yet).

2. Shop Engrave It Houston did not accurately engrave the information that you submitted via our online forms at the time of purchase.

IV. DESIGN POLICIES

A. Customers are responsible for the information given for an order (via our online forms at the time of purchase).

B. Information will be copied from the order and placed into the Shop Engrave It Houston design template.

- This includes spelling and capitalization.

 

V. PROOF POLICY

On standard designs, a digital proof will NOT be provided.

 

VI. CUSTOM DESIGNS

A. Shop Engrave It Houston offers the ability for customers to personalize their orders with custom designs or images.

B. Shop Engrave It Houston reserves the right not to engrave certain images or designs.

VII. PHOTOGRAPHY OF WORK AND DIGITAL RIGHTS

A. Shop Engrave It Houston reserves all rights to photograph any work performed for promotional reasons, and to post any photography of work performed publicly.

B. As Shop Engrave It Houston performed work as directed by the logo’s rights holder or authorized agent, all images of work performed will be considered “Fair Use” by Shop Engrave It Houston.

 

VIII. MODIFICATION

Shop Engrave It Houston reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
